NITO KENDO

Kendo is usually practiced with one long sword but there is a smaller tradition of using two swords, the long and the short. In this course students will be exposed to the theory and practice of kendo as practiced with two blades.

Requirements: Participants will require loose clothing. Those with bogu are urged to bring their equipment but it is not required for this course. Beginners are welcome.
