Tankendo and Jukendo

These are modern competitive arts with rules and equipment much the same as for Kendo. Tankendo uses a short sword (shinai) which represents the short blade which was used by the Japanese artillary during the last war. Jukendo uses a wooden weapon which represents the rifle and bayonet.
